Evidence for the Smee Committee regarding the lost hat.

XChair Looses his hat to a vicious horde of warthogs in South Africa. He claims he left the hat on a bar counter and the next thing it was gone!
From Africa to Singapore, it wandered aimlessly seeking a home with a pretty Sally (actually any Sally - hat is not at all fussy).
Hat travels back to the dark continent on safari seeking a person of larger stature than X Chair (not difficult really).
A yearning for a Out of Africa remake, hat leaves his Sally and heads off to Kenya. Seen here in search of Tusker Beer.
Traveling the length of Africa, looking for a decent casino, hat follows Livingston's footprints and ends up at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe.
Unfulfilled by the enchantments of the dark continent, hat wanders off to London for the only clear summers day of the year.
In need of a good curry and religious enlightenment hat travels to Sri-Lanka and finds a holy cow.

Now in need of sexual fulfillment hat finds a sailor in his "oilskins" outside "The Old Sailor" in the Red Light District of Amsterdam.
"Pure Genius" - nearly home in Dubai, hat gets in the last drink before heading to "alcohol free" Sharjah.
